This hot weather is ideal for filling potholes. However, we ride around in our truck pulling our yellow wagon with no rhyme or reason. One hole is filled while 3 on the same block are left as is. Why is a street not patched in totality ? Why don't they shovel or sweep the broken asphalt away so the hole can be repaired? Is there a master grid from which they work ? Does anyone inspect the work ? Without a plan, the holes will be filled on "the luck of the draw".
