This is along the south side of 7th Street between Chambers and Monks Ave. It is not seen while driving only the walkers are treated to this beautiful area. This could very well be city property.
Lois, I have a city area which has had a lot of government TLC and plenty of taxpayers jack given to a chosen few rather than distributed fairly to all for improvements. It can be seen both while driving and walking and for the selfish investment made in it from 1991 until 2011 it could also very well be city property. This property is along Route 6 (4th st.) between West Street and Pike Street.
