Appears to be a ok modern day parade if firetrucks and flatbed trailers are your bag but it is not in comparison to Peru's fireworks or the Central States Baseball Tournament.
This parade was not a competition and your remarks are definitely out of order. Put your sour grapes back in the bag. Thinking back I don't believe our 175th parade was anything but flatbeds and firetrucks so I guess I will include that parade as part of your complaint. Peru is not the only city that puts on fireworks and many are equal to if not better than ours.
Why are you always putting dow everything that Peru does if it's so bad here Lois, why don't you sell your house and tell some other city what the are doing wrong. We the citizens of Peru would greatly appreciate it
