Is It Time to Dismantle the Peru Swimming Pool and Plant Grass?
This will be the second summer the Peru swimming pool has remained closed and is it time for the city to start the process of demolition?
The deterioration has continued through the past 2 seasons and it is looking pretty bad. I wonder if any of the materials are salvageable, like some of the ladders, diving boards or water toys or even the bricks in the building. There are people that like to use old bricks for landscaping. Are you interested in any of the materials or whatever might be remaining? What about the equipment that kept it running?

Bricks could be used to replace some of the roads, They hold up better than asphalt and cheaper than concrete.
