Are you kidding ANON 8:58. My comment regarding this post has nothing to do with any mayor - PAST OR PRESENT. How can you find evil in everything you see or hear? Me, myself, and I find this post amusing, funny, enjoyable, and cute. It's a pleasant change from some of the negativity that has been posted below. It's my opinion and nobody elses and "NO, I DO NOT THINK THIS COMMUNITY HAS GONE TO THE DOGS BUT SOME OF IT'S CITIZENS HAVE".
I actually thought the video was rather cute. Would love to see a few more nice stories to help me enjoy my day a little more. Too bad, one of the old benefactors of the previous admin had to "bark" and cut down our current mayor in an attempt to make the writer's ego feel a little better. Can't anybody muzzle him (or her??)
I can't believe anyone could find these videos amusing! Just look at the unnatural acts these poor animals are performing. What kind of injuries were they subject to in the learning of these 'tricks'? What if they fall?

What are you trying to say ? Has the community GONE TO THE DOGS! or do you mean that DOGS HAVE MORE FUN THEN THE CITIZENS OF PERU.
What has our devoted Mayor done to change or fix that? ($30K /yr warming a chair) ?????
