This is Amazing! Please make note of my Harl prediction.

If we would please refer back down the blog post under the Mayoral Candidate photos, then please read my I believe it was 5:54 towards the top) I was referring to the Harl lies and should've included " manipulation" tactics.
I'm sure most of us saw this coming, but so fast??
Harl has to make it appear he's Pro-Peru Pool, so what does he do? As I predicted- according to this agenda includes discussion of a new pool.
Please...Scott Harl you're way to predictable! Show us the $$$$ before further discussion on a pool.
Which hat you pulling these rabbit ears from?

Hmmmmm...
Discuss new pool design
Discuss race car track

what's this all about - a little pre-election "talk." at least we can uderstand the pool- but a race car track? Maybe the track can be up and down fourth street - nobody goes downtown anyway.

How much does Peru Township donate to the pool fund?

Perhaps many don't know the history that Peru Washington Park was a dirty race track many years ago.

Speaking of the pool, I attended Wednesdays meeting. I'm not criticizing the fundraising volunteers and praise them for their efforts. They handed the city a 100,00 donation towards the pool. Every penny counts but I see our mayor and council chuckle when the volunteer announced the amount of that check. I believe our officials are taking advantage of citizen volunteers who have a vision that's Not the same vision this administration has.
My other observation of that meeting- it's way to obvious of the discontent the mayor has against Perez and Mayzak.

Peru township gave $100 to friends for for Peru Pool but donated $1500 to Peru Ambulance services

There is more than one candidate besides Harl Who is going to have to pull a rabbit out of the hat. This election Peru's firecracker specialist appears to be reduced to a dud. No doubt Robert as the Chairman of the Aldermen Public Property Committee has controlled the Rec. Bd. with a short leash, as evidenced by his unsuccessful attempts to bully Sherry Mayszak. When pushed Sherry has proven to be too tough for the Washington School Bench Testers - Harl and Ankiewicz. Thank goodness we have some representation that speaks for the feelings of the people.

Washington Park was given its name in a early ordinance, but it was not formally dedicated until 1932.
The City Council, in 1885, was urged by a petition signed by 106 citizens, to buy the twenty acre tract known as the Race Track or Driving Park.

Is Alderwomen Sherry Maszak on the new pool committee? How many times did she quit the other pool committee? Twice! The kudos should go to Ms. Martin & Ms. Noonan who have stayed the course.

Vote for Sherry! Radke is nothing more than a puppet whose strings are pulled by Harl and Robert Ank.
