It is not true but only the latest rumor isn't it that Peru government is going to pay a chemical engineer $35,000 per year for a civil engineering study for filling a part time position who works for Chamlin, Peru's consulting engineering firm who Peru
already pays $600,000 to $750,000 per year for years and will continue to pay for years. .Could someone define the law of Conflict of Interest which is occurring here.
Peru is paying Chamlin & Associates and than paying one of the firms engineers privately. If this is not paying for the same service twice -what is? Lordy Lordy lets plant grass at the airport somewhere between 17 to 37 acres and $1,000 to $4,000 in seed.

Grass seed for $4000 and eliminating 30 acres of land.

Wow... I guess that's one way of chamlin getting more money. Man, this town is so corrupt. Who is supposedly keeping the law here. Is the city attorney on the take too and that's why he won't advise of illegal acts. Or maybe all these baker boys are just setting Harl up to get rid of him since he has no idea what I going on.

9:14 Always blaming the Baker boys. I think its very possible that the current Mayor has a freedom of choice in dealing with City Issues. Remember that Baker and the old guys have been long gone. Time to blame the Time for a change Mayor now in charge!

Nope not all gone, some are still in the game but the new guys on the block deserve some of the blame too.
