Someone pointed me to the Peru Town Forum blog indicating a question about the location of Jefferson School. According to our records, Jefferson School was located at 517 Calhoun, which I believe is near Calhoun and Second Streets. I actually have a book in my office with many details about the history of Peru Public Schools, including the old school buildings.
