It sounds like Ald. Ankiewicz is making the decisions for the Board. Keep in mind that on April 5, Jack O'Beirne will have left office and that Ald. Mikyska is not well and that will leave Ankiewicz alone as a Peru representative. He spent his career in the Navy as has Mark Roberson and I hear they share quite a comraderie. This is not a good situtation IMHO
It is truly sad that this has gotten so out of hand. As an employee of the service I can honestly say I had no knowledge of this letter. Yes, we have major issues that need to be addressed and I am personally upset on how this is all playing out. I do not know who wrote this letter and would love to see what it has to say, because to have someone speak on my behalf without my knowledge is just wrong! The best part of all of this is that I found out "NOT" by Peru Ambulance Management or Board Members but at my other job 25 miles from Peru! I pray that the public and community understands that "Me" as an employee just wants whats best for you! That I devote everything I have to you.. This drama and BS is just so overwhelming and completely wrong. I have dedicated the last 16 years of my life to my community and surrounding communities to help save lives. I have put my heart and soul into this and for some bad apples to tarnish everything that I have worked so hard for makes me sick! Please know that most of us are good people and just want to be able to come to work everyday and do our jobs. I can not comment on the "LETTER" since I have not seen what it says but I can say I will be heard! I know that by writing this my job is probably in jeopardy, but I will be the only one to speak for ME!
