Mayor Harl wants public comment to be played to his. tune. 3x5 cards, front of the room appearance over the mic. When it comes to city officials especially Hylla, Bleck, Potthoff and Taylor they do not follow any of his rules nor do they speak loud enough to be heard. Is he going to continue to allow this for another four years?
