Just when I think everything is wrong in the city I loved I see something like this. I'm smiling from ear to ear. Thank you for that joyous song. It's the citizens that will save Peru not an individual. Raise your voices like a beautiful choir and all will listen.

Read on Twitter that the ice skating rink is still not ready. Does anyone know what happened? I heard a while back that it was a mess at McKinley.
