The more I see of city government, the more I believe we need more professionalism and people educated to be managers of a city running our city. The time is past when a mayor and council have the skills, background, experience and education to control all aspects of a city. And this is an interesting read and certainly biased to the Manager Council form of government but still something we as residents need to learn about and consider.
