This City Council seems to have come up with a well thought through ordinance for their city. Smart move.

State law has already outlawed the bath drugs. It is unneccessary to pass local ordinances.

If you read the Princeton article and ones I put up last week, you will find out that the law passed in Illinois does NOT cover the synthetic drugs or the K2 synthetic marijuana at this time. It is merely a bandaide to cover a couple of them.
We should follow Princeton's lead on this one. Pass it locally and start enforcing it before we have unfortunate deaths like Princeton had.
