A bright spot in a dim economy, this is a substantial amount of jobs added.

That is quite a substantial increase in personnel considering Peru's latest expansion is projected to possibly increase it's work force by 25 in a two year period.
I am suggesting no such thing Steve. I was simply stating some facts. After all we did make quite a big fuss about the Eakas expansion. Many don't understand considering it's total work force will still be less than 1/2 its original work force.

10:22 - Is there a point to your comment? Are you suggesting Peru should hang its head in shame with the prospect of fewer jobs than Streator?
