Told Ald. Perez and he added a construction cone which was stolen as Ald. Mayszak watched from her home but could not follow them quick enough to find out who did it. So be careful when traveling westbound, it is quite a bump and may be for some time.
It had a previous repair as you can see but problem evidently was not solved.
