Illinois on the rocks: 'The Madigan-Cullerton budget slash 2.0'
How can they look at themselves in the mirror? They are just pushing more and more families and new graduates out of the state of Illinois. Anywhere but Illinois now seems to be the choice of far too many people, it is a necessity for survival.
