New Sign Posted at the Playground Near the New Park
What is wrong with someone pointing out a concern and the city correcting it? I think it is great that they put up a sign. Makes perfect sense. If they didn't you would just complain about that, would you not?
You cannot relocate this kind of playground equipment easily. It is off limits while they put in a very nice splash pad. None of the kids are suffering. It is a safety concern and there is big equipment around. It will be nice when it is done and I am one of many who is very excited about it.
One thing for sure is that you will continue to criticize whatever the city does. Most people will continue to be grateful for a new opportunity in our community.
In my personal opinion I think it's a shame that some of the nicest playground equipment belonging to Peru is off limits to our children. I wonder how long it will be out of commission and wish it could be relocated to one of our parks whose equipment is outdated.

Evidently the city needed a little nudge to get some signage in place at a childrens playground. Why is that?
