My comment is that why didn't any body walking through the parking lot think it was a normal thing on a cold, sunny day that somebody would be laying under a car and using a sawzall to be working on a car!
Heard that four people were targeted just yesterday at the mall between 9:30am-1:30pm. One girl I guess works at the mall. Hard to believe no person has witnessed this being done. I hope they catch the people involved in doing this. Senseless.
