yup, especially since we have a redundant school district at each highway exit between Ottawa and Iowa - each with their redundant administration, redundant capital equipment, redundant contracts, redundant buildings.
Illinois, land of Redundant Government. See something useless - we can give that to you in triplicate. Like the useless trees Ottawa is planning. Three of them under each power line.....
