Why is Radtke holding his head? Good thing the BB gun range isn't being built this year because with all of the snow we've had this year, the city boys have been plenty busy.

He holds his head, he rolls his eyes, he acts disgusted whenever alderman Perez speaks just as Waldorf laughs.

7:06 I hope you are kidding, because he still should have respect for his fellow alderman,no matter what his opinion.

I will verify that this happens when Ald. Perez speaks.

Shame, Shame, Shame! What in the world is going on in Peru politics? Evidently the wrong people are getting involved and must be stopped. How long has this been going on for? Your description of these two aldermen are immature, kinder garden, bullying tactics and should be corrected on the floor by the Mayor. Why are they making it so apparent that they are jealous of Alderman Perez? They would be wise to follow his leadership, seems like it is going over well with a large group.

The mayor ordinarily pays no attention to what the aldermen are saying or doing. This has been going on since he was elected to the position. In fact I remember one time when Ferrari and Waldorf were out of control and it was Ald. Potthoff who stepped in and not the mayor.

It is still Alderman Potthoff who steps in and not the Mayor whenever uncomfortable situations exist. Alderman Perez had a representative from a forensic auditing firm at the last council meeting and when she approached her public comment Alderman Potthoff very nicely explained that he, as I am sure the other 98% of us in the room did not understand exactly what her profession performed. He not only got all in the room a opportunity to know exactly what was happening he also inserted some relaxation into a very tense situation.
As for the present Mayors ability to positively settle confrontations it appears that he is better at instigating than settling them. His recent verbal attack of Alderman Perez was a embarrassment to the majority of those in attendance at the city council meeting.

Omission of guilt happens when one gets defensive. Also, I've noticed when a persons face gets red, that raises a flag. Now, why do you think there is a 3x5 question card with a limit. That should not be allowed. Taxpayers should be able to stand up and ask questions without filling out a card. That's another form of bullying. Harl sure has spent a lot of time getting his little ducklings in a row. The alderman need to man up! All the alderman should tell Harl to resign. A real man walks a straight line.
