Why do you think it seemed to have been kept under the carpet until someone from the Trib did some investigating?

I find it hard to believe that anything is being planned for immediate future of this building. If there were definite plans to add desirable jobs I would think Peru would be thrilled and more than willing to share their good fortune with the citizens of Peru. I still find it hard to understand why a Real Estate business would buy a commercial building unless they intend to turn around and sell it to a business.
