“It doesn’t take a majority to win, just a tireless minority that will keep starting brush fires in the mind and hearts of their fellow men.” Samuel Adams
Just out of curiosity, we were told early on that some of the dispatchers would lose their jobs and pay cuts were to be expected. According to this article, nobody was terminated and some of the people chose to quit. Does anybody know if the wages and benefits stayed the same for those that transferred? Once again, I would like to know the truth. Did the managers make more money for this deal but again, the workers take a cut? I just want the truth. No more bullshit please. So sick of the blah, blah, blah. From the pockets of many to the pocket of one. And, how was the payments from each city determined?
