Peru is known for eating the best, flying the best, drinking the most and now not paying its attorney debts. City officials please learn that you do not fight a attorneys bills in court. Attorneys make the laws and for some reason they are always 1st to get paid. Amen!

Please do not forget the city officials ability to stretch the bill during the IML Conference week at the Hyatt. Speak of living "High on the Hog". Right "Hogjaw"?

More of the same out of you 9:13. As a city of Peru resident you should scream about the city paying a bill for services they did not request. Show us the proof of these officials expenses.

I guess some people have the axe to grind and don't care about the taxpayers pockets. They hide in the shadows and look for city dollars. This is another example. Pin the tail on the donkey, once the names come out on this latest comedy you will understand the story.

I don't think a city that is spending money like Peru is and yes that is taxpayer money I am talking about that many of us are concerned about but not necessarily about the tiny amount of money which you refer to that is nothing to the millions of dollars Peru is spending without blinking an eye.

So we can only believe that the coffers in Peru are still overflowing with cash. A bit more openness and honesty should be on the cities to do list immediately.

don't think you will post this but kudos to the city for the great day at the airport yesterday. This is one of the top community events around. I also saw lots of volunteers out there. congrats to the mayor, aldermen, chuck and all those peopel on the TBM, committees. I bet the attacks start now, don't allow it.

Overpaid chuck and all the taxpayer money we give to this "free" ordeal!
