Thank you Justin, the article has lots of information I had never given much thought to. I would hope that some of our more "green" aldermen might take this a bit more seriously than in the past and remove some of the unneeded stop signs we are have in Peru.
I too found the article interesting and informative. Took a ride to the location in question. What I don't understand is why anyone would want a stop sign there. It already has a yield sign and it's a T in the road. Just wondering.
