Evidently a huge rent increase was the reason, no longer a rumor but fact. I did hear this was one of their stores actually making money. Out of town landlord not worrying or caring about our local economy.
Heard a rumor that their rent was raised substantially. Anyone else hear about that or is it just rumor?
