10:48PM The story is from the Ottawa Times which covers news from both Ottawa and Streator as Streator no longer has their own paper. Many times I find that the Ottawa paper covers news from the LPO area before the News Tribune does. Haven't a clue why but they must have better networking of what is going on.
Why isn't this story in our newspaper? Is this Streator's or Ottawa's paper?

The newspaper is very biased....ever notice they sometime name a caption as "a local businessman"? a monopoly is hard to control.
