This blog is maintained for the sole purpose of allowing the people of Peru and those interested in the cities of the Illinois Valley to express their views.
If we have to count on Congress to do anything we better not hold our breath waiting for that to happen.

I see your point but the :) after the comment should make people understand its a joke. I think the constant "I am calling the FBI" comments and such makes this look like a joke.
