I have a comment to make, but not about the drawings. I just went by Shooting Park road, on the corner where the flowers were a mess, its been cleaned up, it looks fantastic. we should have gotten rid of the horticultrist sooner. maybe this should be a lesson to others who work for the city, do your job or they will find someone who will do it for you. Amen
Saw last week a summer worker lying down at the Shooting Park entrance to the cemetery pulling weeds. He had his earphones plugged in and was lounging on one elbow while pulling weeds out of the gravel. Yes completely lying down. I get on my knees to pull weeds but really?

ReplyDeleteI agree. I heard city employees did it, it wasn't hired out to a landscaping company.
ReplyDeleteThe safest bet in town is that the retiring SPW will not be a upaid volunteer for any Peru projects.
